Andrew Craddock - Senior Civil Engineer
Andrew Craddock commenced his professional career in 2003 with Parramatta City Council. During this time Andrew worked with the the drainage sector and expanded his knowledge of drainage design, floodplain management and hydraulic analysis. This valuable experience with local government allowed Andrew to understand the complexity of Council procedures and planning controls, and the steps necessary to achieve approvals for successful development outcomes for the private sector.
In 2004 Andrew joined Site Plus where he expanded his knowledge of urban development and developed a high level of technical skill designing environmentally friendly urban systems using the latest engineering design software. Andrew has an in depth understanding of urban engineering systems and has worked with all relevant authorities in the private and public sector. Andrew has continued his professional development and become the Director of Site Plus in 2018.

Dane nethery - civil engineer
Dane joined Site Plus in 2014 whilst completing his Civil Engineering Degree at the University of Wollongong. During his time at Site Plus Dane has developed a keen understanding and aptitude for identifying issues and working through solutions to achieve highly successful resolutions on the ground. His skill, diligence and attention to detail has proven Dane to be a highly valued team member and asset to Site Plus.
Dane has worked on a range of projects incorporating Civil Road and Drainage Design as well as Flood Modelling in rural and urban environments. Dane is wholly responsible for the Civil and Subdivision design for a 400 lot subdivision over a number of stages at Tullimbar, Albion Park for both Development Application and Construction Certificate approvals.
Dane has undertaken training in the 2D flood modelling program TUFLOW, an industry standard for undertaking all levels of flood study in both built and natural environments. He is continuing to develop his technical skills to produce innovative solutions for Stormwater Quality and Quantity Management.

Joseph stewart - civil engineer
Joseph Stewart joined Site Plus Pty Ltd in 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) and undergraduate experience in the Geotechnical space. Since starting at Site Plus, Joseph has worked on a multitude of civil design projects linking hydrological and hydraulic modelling, stormwater drainage design and geometric road design to provide positive outcomes for our clients.
During his time at Site Plus, Joseph has completed further training in the two-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical modelling program, TUFLOW, a powerful tool in the development of site specific flood studies and floodplain management solutions. Joseph’s proficiency in additional modelling software’s, such as DRAINS and MUSIC, enables him to produce wholistic solutions for stormwater quality and quantity management across both small and large scale developments.
Joseph has been actively involved in the design and management of civil projects throughout NSW, delivering compliant road and drainage designs in accordance with council controls, state regulations and Australia standards.

Ian bennett - graduate engineer
Ian Bennett joined Site Plus Pty Ltd in 2023 after completing his Civil Engineering Degree in 2022. Ian has shown an eagerness to expand his engineering design knowledge in areas including Stormwater Management, Road & Drainage Design and Subdivision Design.
Whilst at Site Plus, he has provided support for the Senior Engineers in various projects ranging from small single dwelling drainage designs to large scale subdivisions. Ian has proven technical ability in CAD and Drafting through the use of CIVIL 3D, and has a broad understanding of Stormwater Quantity and Quality Management through the use of modelling software such as DRAINS and MUSIC.
Ian has demonstrated improved ability in providing practical engineering solutions through concept and detailed design for small to medium scale developments.

KATRIN MCCULLOUGH - landscape architect
Katrin McCullough started her professional career in 2005 in Germany working as a student landscape architect. She brought her talent and experience to Wollongong in 2007, working in several Landscape Architect practices before joining the Site Plus team in 2009.
Katrin has extensive experience in the design and documentation of a wide range of projects from small scale intimate gardens to large scale public places, master planning and urban design. She has worked on projects for aged care and education facilities, residential subdivisions and housing, streetscape and foreshore improvement design, hotels, commercial and industrial precincts. Katrin has delivered products successfully for the private and public sector. Katrin is highly skilled and has a strong visual and artistic background which translates to her drawings and presentations.

MARINA BUJAROSKI - ADMINISTRATION Manager
Marina has one of the most important and versatile jobs within Site Plus. Marina manages the Site Plus head office and mobile workforce. She ensures the smooth and efficient day to day running of our team and is responsible for the management of accounts, administration, data entry, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), and all document production.
Marina provides support for the entire Site Plus team and works with the Directors to enhance our company objectives and profile. Marina has a strong accounting and business administration background and her dedication and attention to detail ensures the success of every project. The friendly voice you hear when you call Site Plus is Marina.
